Creamy Beetroot Soup

Contents:

  • 400 grams of beets (peeled and chopped)
  • 200 grams of potatoes (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 red onion (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 clove of garlic (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger, chopped about 5cm
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2-3 Milky cups cashew nuts
  • vegetable broth
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Peel all your vegetables and chop them into small pieces.
  • Add all ingredients into the Milky Machine.
  • Pour the vegetable broth between the levels indicated inside.
  • Add your salt and pepper.
  • Turn off the machine properly.
  • Insert Milky and select the "Baby Food" program by pressing the "Select" button.
  • Press the start button.
  • After 20 minutes, Milky will start beeping. This means your soup is ready.
  • Unplug Milky and then turn it on.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  • Your soup will keep for a few days in the refrigerator and up to a month when frozen.
  • Enjoy your meal.
