Soy Milk Function
The Milky machine's Soy Milk function is designed to prepare soy milk, almond milk, cashew milk, coconut milk, walnut milk, hazelnut milk, and a variety of other plant-based milk alternatives derived from legumes. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to get the most out of this feature.
First, make sure the Milky machine is properly connected to the power outlet and ready to go. You can open the lid by turning it in the direction of the unlocking arrow symbol, which will allow you to twist and remove it. This will give you access to the inside of the machine to add your chosen ingredients.
Maintain a certain ratio when pouring your ingredients. For optimum results, add 2 or 4 measuring cups of ingredients and water up to the maximum level using the measuring cup provided with the Milky. However, it is very important not to exceed the maximum capacity line clearly marked as 1.2 litres, which is engraved inside the Milky machine. Be careful not to exceed this limit.
After pouring the ingredients, close the machine by turning the lid in the direction of the symbol indicating closing. Once the machine is fixed, you can start the program. Start by pressing the “Start” button on the intuitive touch screen, then select the “Soy Milk” option and press the “Start” button once more to start the process. Wait for the machine to warm up.
During operation, the Milky machine will provide real-time feedback with a countdown displayed on the touch screen. This countdown indicates the time remaining in the Soy Milk program. The duration of this program is 23 minutes.
You will hear the Milky machine running occasionally, this is part of the normal milk production process. For safety reasons, unplug the Milky machine from the electrical outlet. Then, open the lid to get your freshly prepared delicious milk. Be careful when handling it as the liquid will be boiling hot. It is wise to wait for it to cool before pouring into mugs, glasses or containers.
If you prefer your milk to be less grainy and lighter in consistency, you can use a strainer or French press to get the texture you want. This optional step allows you to drink the milk to your preference.
To store milk, keep it in the refrigerator using airtight containers and ensure it stays fresh and safe for the recommended period.
Once you have enjoyed your milk, start the cleaning process by following the instructions of the “Clean” function. It is important to keep your Milky machine in top condition.
Finally, store the Milky machine safely in a dry environment and ensure it is ready for your next use.
